    White Trash Warlock by David R. Slayton

    This book was a surprise of the very best kind and I’m in absolute awe of the world-building. It’s hands down the most original story I’ve read in a long time. It’s gritty and harsh, but at the same time it’s all magic and limitless possibilities. It’s not often I get the feeling of stepping into a whole new universe when immersing myself in a story. Sure, each book is a small world of its own, but the imperative word there is small. And there’s nothing small about White Trash Warlock.
